Dutch Headband Hair Tuck has a braided headband with the rest of the hair pulled up in a roll similar to the Tuck and Cover hairstyle.
This hairstyle can be a little difficult to do, but is so cute to wear. I received so many compliments while wearing this style and I only know that you will! I saw a similar hairstyle on Instagram for the first time and loved it so much that I knew I had to recreate it. I hope you love it just like me!
Here are the steps to complete the look:
Step 1 / Begin by cutting a section of hair along the hairline on the front from the part to the ear. Unwrap it so it’s out of the way.
Step 2 / Braid a Dutch braid (French braid) just behind the set part. When the braid reaches the ear, fill it with a normal braid.
Step 3 / Cross the braid over the back of the head and attach it to the head just behind the right ear.
Step 4 / Wrap the tail’s tail back over the top of the braid and stow underneath. Stick excess hair that sticks out.
Step 5 / Take the remaining hair and roll it up, put it in the braid. If you have mucho hair, take a few hairpins to secure it.
Step 6 / With the front hair separated at the beginning, turn it back to the bun and put it in the rolled part. Secure with pins that hide under the braid.
